Reef School, a new preschool series taking place under the sea, is slated to premiere on November 14 on Australia’s ABC Kids and ABC iview.

Narrated by Emma Watkins, the show combines real-life underwater footage with character voices as it explores an Australian coral reef. With stories, songs, excursions and games, turtle teacher Mr. Flip teaches his students the little Reefies about the coral around them.

Each episode guides audiences through stages of emotional and social development with curiosity and care, as well as with comedy, with the touch of script producer and former triple j host Veronica Milsom. The voice cast includes Tony Armstrong, Courtney Act, Uncle Jack Charles and more.

Reef School is created and developed by ABC’s children’s department, with Nicole Cheek as executive producer, Natalie Robinson-Hurst as supervising producer and Karin Fitzhardings as series producer.

New episodes will air daily at 5:55 p.m. on ABC Kids, ABC iview and ABC Kids iview. An additional five episodes will be available at launch on ABC iview.
