Mr. Bean Animated Series Lands in China

Endemol Shine International has secured the sale of seasons one and two of Mr. Bean: The Animated Series to CCTV-14 in China.

In the agreement, the show was picked up for linear services across China, Hong Kong and Macao on children’s channel CCTV-14. The deal provides CCTV-14 with 104 episodes of the animated series.

Mr. Bean: The Animated Series, which features the voice talent of Rowan Atkinson, is currently in production for a third season that will air later this year on CITV in the U.K. and across international markets on Turner’s Boomerang. It is produced by the Endemol Shine U.K. company Tiger Aspect Productions and distributed globally by Endemol Shine International.
