More Global Licensees for Nelvana’s Little Charmers

TORONTO: Corus Entertainment’s Nelvana has expanded the global consumer-products program for its animated preschool series Little Charmers by signing ten new international partners across Europe and Asia.

The new partners include Ravensburger, which will roll out assorted puzzle formats in France, Italy, Spain, Switzerland and Benelux. Educa Borras has come on board the brand to produce assorted board game formats in France, while in Poland, Media Service Zawada is launching story, activity and puzzle books.

New partners in Italy include Accadamia (diaries, photo frames, handbags, coin purses and wallets), Giunti (story, novelty, activity and coloring books), Panini (sticker albums), Warm Up (live stage shows) and Dulcop (bubbles and bubble toys).

In addition, Balocco will roll out chocolate Easter eggs, seasonal cakes and more for Italy, San Marina, Switzerland and Vatican City. In Asia, Empire Media Corp has signed on to make bubble toys, Halloween costumes, youth electronics, furniture and housewares for the Philippines, Singapore, Malaysia, Indonesia, Thailand, Vietnam and India.
