Miraculous Gets Green Light for Two More Seasons

GLENDALE: The CGI-animated action sitcom Miraculous, Tales of Ladybug & Cat Noir, from ZAG/Zagtoon and France’s Method Animation, has been greenlit for seasons two and three.

The additional seasons will be produced in collaboration with Disney Channel in Europe and French broadcaster TF1. Season two is slated to premiere in early summer 2017, with TF1, Disney EMEA, Gloob in Brazil, Super in Italy and Télé-Québec in Canada having commissioned a sophomore run. The newest seasons of Miraculous, Tales of Ladybug & Cat Noir will continue to follow the adventures of Ladybug and her partner, Cat Noir, as they confront new villains in each episode.

Zag Heroez’s Miraculous, Tales of Ladybug & Cat Noir currently airs on Nickelodeon in the U.S., TF1, EBS in Korea, Gloob, ABC in Australia, and Disney Channel in Europe, Latin America and Korea, among other channels. Season one will premiere on Super in Italy in February 2017 and on POP in the U.K. next March.
