Universal Brand Development, the LEGO Group and CITV have launched LEGO Jurassic World: Legend of Isla Nublar, an all-new animated miniseries.

LEGO Jurassic World: Legend of Isla Nublar is set in 2012, three years before the Jurassic World movie. Picking up from where the LEGO Jurassic World: The Secret Exhibit animated special left off, the series follows newly hired animal behaviorist Owen Grady and Claire Dearing, assistant manager of park operations, as they team up on Isla Nublar to deal with runaway dinosaurs, construction, tourists, unpredictable tropical weather and an impulsive boss at the Jurassic World park.

Building sets based on LEGO Jurassic World: Legend of Isla Nublar have been available globally at retail since August. Among the sets are the Dilophosaurus on the Loose, which includes Owen’s drone and a market stall in the shape of a dinosaur head; Baryonyx Face-Off: The Treasure Hunt, with Owen and Claire needing to fix up an old trailer to catch bad guys Danny Nedermeyer and Sinjin Prescott; Triceratops Rampage, featuring the Jurassic World Egg Spinner; and T. rex vs Dino-Mech Battle, which contains Danny’s Dino-Mech, the Isla Nublar volcano, the mighty T. rex and a boat with stud shooters.

LEGO Jurassic World: Legend of Isla Nublar‘s 13-episode season premiered on CITV on Saturday, September 7, at 8:30 a.m.
