Jetpack Bolsters Sales Team

Jetpack Distribution has tapped Toby Jones to fill the newly created role of sales executive for Central and Eastern Europe, Benelux, the Middle East and Africa.

In his new post, Jones will lead the sales efforts across CEE, Benelux and MEA, working directly with broadcasters and digital and VOD platforms in the regions. He will report directly to Jetpack CEO Dominic Gardiner and will be based in London.

Jones joins Jetpack from Avalon Entertainment, where he was responsible for helping find homes for shows such as Taskmaster, Spitting Image and Catastrophe. He also previously held a key sales role at Kew Media Distribution.

Gardiner said: “It’s a certain type of person we look for at Jetpack, who combines excellent sales experience and knowledge of the market with being a fun and personable hard worker. We love what we do and want our platform and production partners to enjoy working with us. Toby fits the bill perfectly, and I look forward to him building on our efforts in a really important growth market.”
