Guru’s Big Blue Greenlit in Canada

Guru Studio’s (PAW Patrol) new animated series Big Blue has received the green light from CBC/Radio-Canada.

The comedy-adventure show will debut on CBC Kids and ICI Radio-Canada Télé in 2020. Created by Gyimah Garibah, the series follows siblings and underwater adventurers Lettie and Lemo as they lead a quirky submarine crew with a magical ocean fairy stowaway named Bacon Berry.

Guru Studio is currently seeking international co-production partners to participate in the series.

“We know kids will love this smart, funny show in which our characters uncover the mysteries of a vast ocean-covered planet across a season arc,” commented Marie McCann, the senior director of CBC Kids.
