Family CHRGD Gears Up to Premiere Zak Storm

Zak Storm, a new animated series set in the Bermuda Triangle, is scheduled to debut on DHX Television’s Family CHRGD channel later this summer.

Zak Storm follows the adventures of a young surfer who, after being swept into the Seven Seas of the Bermuda Triangle, becomes a pirate-like hero with a magical sword. The show will begin airing on CHRGD at 5 p.m. on Monday, August 21, before moving to its regular time slot as part of the network’s Turbo CHRGD Tuesday lineup. New episodes will also become available on the Family Channel app and Family CHRGD OnDemand as of August 22.

The series is co-produced by Zagtoon, Method Animation, SamG and Man of Action Entertainment in partnership with Gulli and PGS Entertainment. Michael Johnston (Teen Wolf) stars as the voice of the titular character.
