Disney Slates Monsters at Work Season Two Debut

The second season of Monsters at Work has been slated to premiere on Disney Channel and Disney XD on April 5 and on Disney+ on May 5.

The second season sees Tylor’s journey as a Jokester and his friendship with Val face the ultimate test when his loyalty to Monsters Inc. is questioned after the opening of a rival energy company.

Billy Crystal and John Goodman return as the voices of Mike Wazowksi and James P. “Sulley” Sullivan, respectively. Other returning voices are Ben Feldman as Tylor, Mindy Kaling as Val, Henry Winkler as Fritz, Lucas Neff as Duncan and Alanna Ubach as Cutter.

Guest stars reprising their roles from the franchise include Aubrey Plaza as Claire Wheeler, Nathan Fillion as Johnny Worthington III and Bobby Moynihan as Chet Alexander. Additional guest cast includes Jennifer Coolidge, Rhys Darby, Janelle James, Jenifer Lewis, Ali Wong, Bowen Yang, Paula Pell, Danny Pudi, Cody Rigsby, Jimmy Tatro, Danny Trejo, Joe Lo Truglio and Alan Tudyk.

Season two will debut on Friday, April 5, but subsequent airings will move to Saturdays. Two new episodes will launch each week at 10 a.m. on Disney Channel and Disney XD.
