Disney Slates Debut of Harland Williams’ Puppy Dog Pals

BURBANK: The all-new animated series Puppy Dog Pals from comedian Harland Williams is premiering on Disney Channel and the Disney Junior app and YouTube page next month.

The show will make its debut on Disney Channel on April 14 at 10:30 a.m. with two back-to-back episodes. It will also become available the same day on the Disney Junior app and YouTube page. The series follows two fun-loving pug brothers, Bingo and Rolly, whose desire to seek thrills takes them on adventures throughout their neighborhood and around the world. Each episode features two 11-minute stories.

The Puppy Dog Pals voice cast includes Issac Ryan Brown (black-ish), Sam Lavagnino (Miles from Tomorrowland), Tom Kenny (SpongeBob SquarePants) and Jessica DiCicco. Huey Lewis, Patrick Warburton, Jack McBrayer, Yvette Nicole Brown and Bob Uecker will be among the guest stars.

Williams created the series and serves as consulting producer and writer. He also voices Bob, the pups’ owner. Sean Coyle (The Awesomes, Mickey Mouse Clubhouse) serves as executive producer. Games and activities featuring Bingo and Rolly will be available on the Disney Junior app and Disney Junior website beginning Friday, April 7. Brand extensions from Disney Consumer Products and Interactive Media, including activity and story books, will be available starting in June, with apparel and toys launching in August. The series is a production of Wild Canary in association with Disney Junior.
