Gigantosaurus, a new CGI animated preschool series from Cyber Group Studios, is due to debut on Disney Channel in January.

Based on Jonny Duddle’s bestselling book of the same name, Gigantosaurus stars four young dinosaur pals who leave their nests to embark on comedy-filled adventures. Throughout the series, Rocky, Bill, Tiny and Mazu try to uncover the mystery of the biggest and fiercest dinosaur of them all. Gigantosaurus premieres on Friday, January 18, at 9 a.m. on Disney Channel. It will also become available that same day on the DisneyNOW app.

“We’re so excited to introduce families to the incredible world of Gigantosaurus,” said Pierre Sissmann, the chairman and CEO of Cyber Group Studios. “Children have always been fascinated by dinosaurs and they will immediately relate to these unique characters, who, like them, are just beginning to assert their independence and learn about the importance of being themselves and being a good friend.”
