Disney Channel Sets Premiere for Kim Possible Movie

Kim Possible, Disney Channel’s live-action original movie based on the hit animated show of the same name, is due to debut early next year.

The Kim Possible movie is scheduled to premiere on Friday, February 15, at 8 p.m. on Disney Channel and DisneyNOW. Newcomer Sadie Stanley is starring as the titular teen hero, while Sean Giambrone (The Goldbergs) portrays her best friend and sidekick, Ron Stoppable.

Kim Possible was penned by Josh Cagan (The Duff) and Bob Schooley and Mark McCorkle (Big Hero 6: The Series). McCorkle, Schooley and Zanne Devine (I, Tonya) are executive producers on the movie, which is made by Middleton Productions.
