TORONTO: Distribution360 (D360) has signed on to internationally represent George and Paul, a stop-motion animated preschool series from Dutch studio Pedri Animation.

George and Paul is about two best friends who build a world of adventures together where everything exists as wooden blocks. The 26×5-minute show is produced by Pedri Animation with co-producers Beast Animation and Dutch pubcaster NTR. It was created and directed by Ka-Ching Cartoons.

“Building a world using the simplicity of children’s toy blocks feels timeless and something that kids the world over will understand and engage with,” said Diane Rankin, the senior VP of international at Distribution360. “The two characters are best friends despite having quite opposite personalities, which also adds to the fun and appeal for children navigating their first friendships.”

D360 has also added to its catalog a second season of The Mystery Files from Apartment 11 Productions. The live-action series follows the adventures of Kyla, E.B. and their Aunt Tilly after they inherit a mysterious set of boxes.
