Cyber Group & YoBoHo Enter Production, Distribution Pact


Cyber Group Studios and YoBoHo have joined forces to co-produce and distribute original content aimed at toddlers and preschoolers across digital and traditional media outlets.

Per the agreement, the two companies will co-produce direct-to-digital content. YoBoHo, a digital media company with an educational network on YouTube for kids from preschool through high school that amasses more than 1.5 billion monthly views, will manage the worldwide online distribution of the content. Cyber Group Studios, meanwhile, will adapt and co-produce the digital formats for television, including Captain FunTime, YoBoHo’s upcoming digital 3D animated comedy. All series will be distributed worldwide by Cyber Group Studios.

YoBoHo will also provide content management services for Cyber Group Studios’ catalog of content according to the deal.
