Cloudco Entertainment Makes New Appointments to Support Growth

Cloudco Entertainment, owner of Care Bears, has made two new appointments to support its growth plans, including naming NBC and Disney/ABC alum Claudio Ludovisi as chief growth officer (CGO).

“Claudio has a unique ability to zoom out and see the big picture while also rolling up his sleeves to ignite growth where it counts,” said Sean Gorman, president. “He’s equal parts strategist, connector and catalyst, and his passion for the Care Bears and our portfolio of brands is infectious. Bringing him in-house as CGO means we’re doubling down on innovation, collaboration and building a company that’s as culturally relevant as it is commercially strong.”

Ludovisi has over 25 years of experience in entertainment, licensing and consumer products companies, including with NBC, Warner Bros. and Disney/ABC. Since May, he has served as chief growth advisor at Cloudco, working across its business to analyze and implement initiatives to keep the company growing.

In his new full-time position, Ludovisi will build on the momentum by bringing an even sharper focus on brand strategy, marketing and fan engagement. He will report to Gorman.

Additionally, Cloudco has promoted Bethan Garton to retail development director for international. Since joining as senior retail manager for EMEA, Garton has driven double-digit business growth by reimagining what the brand’s retail presence looks like across diverse markets.

In her new role, Garton will lead the strategic development of Cloud’s retail presence across international markets, focusing on enhancing in-store experiences, advancing omnichannel innovation and shaping tailored growth strategies with key accounts and DTR partners worldwide. Cloudco is also expanding Garton’s team with the addition of a retail development coordinator and further hires.
