CBeebies is kicking off 2024 with a lineup of new and returning programs set to land on the channel and BBC iPlayer this month.

Vegesaurs, following the young Tricarrotops Ginger and her Pea-Rex friends on their adventures, will debut its second season. The nature-focused Andy’s Global Adventures will also return, alongside new titles Lu & The Bally Bunch and Vida the Vet.

Lu & The Bally Bunch follows 3-and-a-half-year-old Lu, a little ladybird who navigates the ups and downs of preschool and her brand-new social life. Vida the Vet introduces 10-year-old Vida, who lives with her parents, Papa and Dad, and her hamster, Popcorn.

Vida the Vet and Andy’s Global Adventures are both set to air on January 15, while Lu & The Bally Bunch is scheduled for January 29 and Vegesaurs for January 22.

Kate Morton, senior head of children’s commissioning for BBC Children’s, said, “Preschoolers can start the new year making new friends on CBeebies as we kick off the year with a fantastic range of content for our young children and families across the U.K. Animated shows like Vida the Vet and Lu & The Bally Bunch, along with returning hits Vegesaurs and Andy’s Global Adventures, promise a treat for kids and parents alike!”
