Turner Asia Pacific Names New VP of Kids’ Content

Leslie Lee has been named VP of kids’ content for Cartoon Network, Boomerang and POGO networks in the Asia Pacific, effective immediately.

Lee, based in Singapore, will now be responsible for programming, operations, brand and franchise management, as well as the content direction for the three brands. He brings more than 20 years of experience in the entertainment industry across several Asian markets, including 19 years of work on kids brands on both linear and digital TV.

His previous role was of executive director of media networks at Disney Southeast Asia, where he had worked since 2007. Lee has held various positions in marketing communications, programming, channel management, content localization and acquisitions, animation development and media distribution, including spells at MediaCorp and Viacom.
