Bluey has expanded its presence in the Philippines with its premiere on the free-to-air channel TV5.

Filipino viewers will be able to watch over 100 episodes from seasons one and two, dubbed in Tagalog for the very first time, on TV5 at 7 a.m. on weekdays and 8 a.m. on weekends.

Bluey is produced by Ludo Studio in association with Screen Queensland and Screen Australia. It is commissioned by ABC Children’s and BBC Studios Kids & Family. The series streams to U.S. and global audiences, outside of Australia, New Zealand and China, across Disney Channel, Disney Junior and Disney+.

Bluey has become such a huge hit worldwide, and we are thrilled to be making Bluey more accessible to audiences in the Philippines with our partners at TV5,” said Sophia Spinelli, VP of brands and marketing at BBC Studios Asia. “This is the first step in our ambitious plans to expand Bluey’s presence in the Philippines, both on-screen and off-screen for local fans to fully immerse themselves in the world of Bluey and her wonderful Blue Heeler family.”

Guido Zaballero, president and CEO of TV5, added, “The Kapatid Network is proud and excited to be Bluey’s home channel in the Philippines! We have no doubt that it will be a big hit with our Filipino audiences, bringing a lot of joy and laughter to families across the Philippines!”
