BBC Studios Social, together with BBC Studios Kids & Family and Ludo Studio, has launched Bluey Book Reads on the official Bluey YouTube channel.

The digital original sees celebrities read Bluey storybooks, with visuals from the books and live-action shots. The first episode stars Kylie and Dannii Minogue reading Mini Bluey. Other celebrities featured in the series are Bindi Irwin, Tom Daley, Jenna Fischer (The Office), Eva Mendes (Training Day) and Jordan Fisher (Hamilton).

Additional celebrities starring in the 10×5-minute series are Romesh Ranganathan (Ranganation), Suranne Jones (Vigil), Camille Cottin (Call My Agent) and Rob Delaney (Catastrophe, Deadpool 2).

All of the Bluey stories featured in the Bluey Book Reads series are published by BBC Studios’ licensee Penguin Random House. Bluey books are published by Ladybird in the U.K., Penguin Young Readers in the U.S. and Puffin Books in Australia.

“It is a true privilege to work with the joyous brand that is Bluey,” said Jasmine Dawson, senior VP of digital at BBC Studios. “She has captured hearts of all ages across the globe and in extending her story we have put that audience at the heart of everything. I am extremely proud of this original commission and it is a true ‘for real life’ moment.”
