Atresmedia & Planeta Junior Launch Children’s TV Channel

Spain’s Atresmedia and Planeta Junior have teamed up to create the new children’s channel KIDZ, which has more than 1,100 hours of content at launch.

KIDZ is available for free via ATRESplayer on all devices, with an exclusive streaming channel in the pipeline that will roll out in the coming weeks. KIDZ aims to promote quality content that entertains and educates children and young people with a range of series and feature films that is set to expand over the next few months. Content will be available on-demand or streamed.

KIDZ comes with its own safe and visually distinct environment and identity. It joins the other two exclusive ATRESplayer channels (Flooxer and Novelas Nova) and the other Atresmedia TV channels (Antena 3, laSexta, Neox, Nova, Mega and Atreseries).

Titles available on KIDZ include Fireman Sam, Thomas and Friends, Baby Heidi, Gormiti, Pokémon, Mutant Busters, Monster High, Hot Wheels City, Barbie Dreamtopia, Egyxos, Enchantimals, Pucca, Heidi, Marco, Betty Boop, Érase Una Vez [Once Upon a Time], Maya the Bee and Vicky the Viking.
