ACTF Scores New Sales for Balloon Barnyard

Ahead of MIPCOM, the Australian Children’s Television Foundation (ACTF) has secured new international sales for the animated preschool series Balloon Barnyard.

Balloon Barnyard was licensed by SVT in Sweden, TG4 in Ireland, Daekyo Broadcasting in Korea, Emirates Inflight in UAE, Korean SVOD platform Kids1TV and JY Entertainment in China. The 26×7-minute show was commissioned by Disney Junior in Australia and produced by Like A Photon Creative.

Other recent sales made by ACTF include the live-action comedy Little Lunch and its two specials being acquired by NBCU’s Universal Kids network and TVO in Canada. Hop Media Group in Israel went for Little Lunch as well as all 52 episodes of the wildlife series WAC (World Animal Championships).

Additional sales were confirmed in South Africa, with Daro Film taking the first two seasons of Bushwhacked! as well as Ready for This for SABC. Wacky World Beaters was snapped up for the U.K., Ireland, U.S. and Canada by Aser Media., which is launching a new SVOD service for children.
