Spin Master Entertainment’s MIPCOM Program

Every title on Spin Master Entertainment’s MIPCOM slate “embodies [our] signature strategy: premium storytelling plus robust, built-in global appeal,” says Caroline Tyre, VP of global content distribution.

A second season of Unicorn Academy headlines the company’s lineup. The IP “offers a proven book-based franchise, a massive content pipeline, cross-platform shorts and a booming music footprint—all wrapped up in a high-end look and feel that’s irresistible to its core demo,” Tyre says.

Unicorn Academy now offers a deep content library that shows extraordinary multi-language performance and a clear narrative arc that grows with its audience,” she adds.

A second season of Vida the Vet is also on offer, “blending learning, empathy, music and teamwork into every story,” Tyre says. Veterinary medicine “is one of the top careers preschoolers are interested in, and Vida the Vet capitalizes on kids’ love of animals and their empathetic nature. A plethora of catchy music makes this series pop even more.”

The Sparkles Magical Market IP—originally launched as a Roblox game—has expanded to include 30 5-minute shorts that give more insight into the world and its characters.

“All three titles offer merchandising, digital extensions and a strong foundation for long-term franchise-building,” Tyre notes.

“Our mission is to create premium, story-rich universes that ignite imagination across every platform kids love, from streaming to social to gaming,” she adds. “At MIPCOM, we’ll be deepening relationships with international buyers, exploring co-production and multi-platform opportunities and demonstrating how our slate embodies our commitment to diversity, creativity and high production values. Whether it’s expanding Unicorn Academy across languages, blending gaming and animation with Sparkles Magical Market or growing the beloved world of Vida the Vet, Spin Master is signaling to the market that we’re a bold, future-facing studio delivering worlds and characters that travel everywhere kids are watching and playing.”
