Studio 100 International Finds Partners for Louca

Studio 100 International has secured multiple presale and co-production deals for Louca ahead of MIPCOM.

New partners include Belgium’s RTBF, France’s TFOU Max, Switzerland’s RTS and TV5 Monde. The series is produced by Media Valley and Belvision and is set for delivery by the end of the first half of 2026, timed to the FIFA World Cup.

Louca, based on the best-selling comic books published by Dupuis, follows a kind-hearted but clumsy teenager who dreams of becoming a football hero with a little help from the ghost of his school’s former team captain.

The series is supported by France’s CNC, the Grand Est and Nouvelle-Aquitaine Regions, the Département de Charente, Eurométropole Strasbourg, and Belgium’s Wallimage, with the participation of SOFICA Cinecap 9 and CINEAXE 7. It is directed by Cyril Adam (Miraculous Ladybug).

In addition to worldwide audiovisual distribution rights, Studio 100 International is handling global licensing and merchandising. TF1 Licensing is managing these rights in French-speaking territories. TF1 is the commissioning broadcaster.
