CosmoBlue Acquires Azoomee, Da Vinci Brands

CosmoBlue Media has acquired Macademia, a family entertainment group known for its educational and inspiring content distributed via the Azoomee and Da Vinci brands.

Macademia’s Azoomee and Da Vinci brands deliver family entertainment to over 250 million households across more than 100 countries. With a focus on education, science, nature and cultural exploration, it has built partnerships with over 550 distributors worldwide with access across pay TV, FAST channels, various devices and streaming services.

This marks the second acquisition of the company after Sofy.tv, as CosmoBlue is actively enlarging its portfolio. CosmoBlue assets will be concentrated on sports, movies, telenovelas and kids.
