Alan Carr to Narrate Sky Kids Original Silly Pets

Silly Pets, narrated by presenter and comedian Alan Carr (Gary the Dog), is slated to debut on Sky Kids in the U.K. this December.

The spin-off series of Silly Animals features Gary the Dog with his animal friends bringing comedic pet “fails” to the screen. It shows clips from real-life pets caught on camera—with cats opening doors, dogs barking at their reflections and silly voices being put behind pets.

The show, for kids ages 5 and older, debuts December 9.

Lucy Murphy, director of kids’ content at Sky, said: “We know this is an incredibly important time of year for families spending time together. This lineup of Sky Kids shows will entertain all ages, with funny animals and festive favorites full of familiar faces on hand to raise a smile.”
