Nickelodeon Renews Tyler Perry’s Young Dylan

A third season of the live-action comedy series Tyler Perry’s Young Dylan has been ordered by Nickelodeon.

The series follows a family whose world is turned upside down when their nephew Dylan, a hip-hop mogul-in-training, moves in unannounced. The third season will continue to see Dylan pursue stardom while getting his family into hijinks along the way.

Season two of Tyler Perry’s Young Dylan is currently airing on Nickelodeon, with the finale set for December 9.

The show is executive produced by creator Tyler Perry, with Mark E. Swinton, Will Areu and Carmen Jones as producers. Production of the third season will begin next year at Tyler Perry Studios in Atlanta.
