Kikoumba Heads to Italy & the Middle East

The animated series Kikoumba is moving into Italy and the Middle East, having been acquired by De Agostini Editore and MBC Group, respectively.

In Italy, the comedy will bow later this year on DeAKids, and the series is slated to launch throughout the Middle East on MBC3 in 2020 as well. Aimed at 6- to 10-year-olds and produced by TF1 Production, the series follows the adventures of the king of Kikoumba, who has to face off against contenders for his crown every single day.

Kikoumba has already been acquired by Disney Channel Germany.

The sales were secured by Newen Distribution.
