WOW! Unlimited Hires shomi Alum Marni Shulman

Marni Shulman, the former VP and head of content and programming at the now-defunct Canadian SVOD service shomi, has been named senior VP and general manager at WOW! Unlimited Media.

In her new position, Shulman is charged with managing the launch of WOW!’s new multiplatform kids’ and youth brand. She will also oversee the execution of the company’s new partnership with Bell Media.

Before taking up her role at shomi, Shulman served as VP of content for IFC Canada, Showcase Action and Showcase Diva Networks, as well as director of programming for CTV Travel.
