Central TV has licensed a pair of formats from ITV Studios, The Wishing Tree and The Job Interview, for remakes in Mongolia.

Mongolia becomes the 14th country to sign on for The Wishing Tree, in which the big wishes of small children come true with a heartfelt twist. These young dreamers aren’t wishing for themselves; they’re making gestures for people they believe genuinely deserve them.

This marks the eighth territory to adapt The Job Interview, a format that offers a glimpse into the high-stakes world of job interviews. The series takes viewers behind the scenes of this often private and nerve-wracking experience, exploring the tension, triumphs and failures that unfold as candidates and employers strive to make a perfect match.

Augustus Dulgaro, executive VP for the Asia Pacific, global partnerships, at ITV Studios, said: “We’re thrilled to see The Wishing Tree and The Job Interview launch in Mongolia with Central TV. These formats bring universal themes of kindness, humanity and real-world challenges to life, and we’re confident they’ll deeply resonate with Mongolian audiences, just as they have globally.”

“We are delighted to bring these two amazing formats to Mongolia,” added Dulguun Altansukh, deputy director at Central TV. “The Wishing Tree will inspire and uplift our viewers with its heartwarming tales of generosity, while The Job Interview offers an unprecedented lens into a relatable and high-pressure environment. Both shows align perfectly with Central TV’s commitment to delivering compelling, world-class content to our audience.”
