Warner Bros. International TV Production Spain has licensed the format rights for Armoza Formats’ prime-time singing competition The Four.

The format sees newcomers try to take over spots occupied by four superstar-quality singers who were selected at the start of the season. Anyone can become a contestant at any time via submissions on the dedicated app, but only the best will be able to challenge “the four.”

Sebastian Moguilevsky, managing director at Warner Bros. ITVP Spain, said, “We are delighted to be taking The Four, it’s an amazing and unique show. It has tension, competition, unexpected twists and epic duels. The time has come to bring The Four to our country.”

Avi Armoza, CEO of Armoza Formats, added, “We are thrilled that The Four continues to expand into key territories such as Spain. This truly incredible format has offered a much-needed unique twist on singing competitions to viewers worldwide and we believe that Warner Bros. will be a great partner to bring it to Spain.”
