SK Global Entertainment has partnered with Miles Films to produce The Talent Agency (Hubungi Agen Gue!), the Indonesian adaptation of the hit French series Call My Agent!

The series revolves around the lives of four talent agents who love their work, often at the expense of their personal lives. The Indonesian adaptation stars Donny Damara, Hannah Al Rashid, Lydia Kandou and Yoga Pratama, along with Sheryl Sheinafia, Chicco Kurniawan, Dea Panendra and Agni Pratistha. Guest stars in the series—who play a version of themselves—include Luna Maya, Tara Basro, Zara Adhisty, Adipati Dolken, comedians Pandji Pragiwaksono and Soleh Solihun and young stars Kevin Ardilova and Bio One.

Miles Films’ Mira Lesmana and Riri Riza are showrunners, and Teddy Soeriaatmadja (Lovely Man, Affliction) is directing. The script was developed by Indonesian screenwriters Prima Rusdi, Titien Wattimena and Tumpal Tampubolon.

The Talent Agency is set to start streaming in 2023 on Disney+ Hotstar.

Lesmana said, “We are excited to collaborate with so many talented actors to depict the story behind the film industry, which I know and love. When SK Global asked us to partner with them in 2020, we immediately said yes to the invitation. The series is both funny and heartfelt. It will certainly connect with the Indonesian audience.”

SK Global executives Winnie Lau and Michael Hogan added, “We really loved the vision and the authenticity Mira and Riri have brought to this Indonesian version of Call My Agent!, not to mention the fabulous cast they have been able to gather. We cannot wait to share this great IP with an Indonesian flavor to the world.”
