France’s Satisfaction Group and the U.K. and U.S.’s Fulwell 73 have formed a joint venture to increase their footprints and meet the growing demand for unscripted content.

Satisfaction, led by founder Arthur Essebag, and Fulwell 73, run by partners Leo Pearlman, Ben Winston, Gabe Turner, Ben Turner and James Corden, will develop and produce unscripted formats and content within their respective markets for global audiences.

“Our first joint venture, which resulted in Visual Suspect in France, was a rewarding experience, and we look forward to combining our talents again to create original television shows where creativity and innovation are paramount,” Essebag said. “This partnership marks a new chapter for Satisfaction Group and will generate exciting and unexpected opportunities. The combined DNA of the two companies will surely create the next big hits!”

The Fulwell 73 partners stated, “We couldn’t be more excited to partner with Satisfaction and Arthur Essebag, a staple of French television and expert format creator, to co-develop and produce innovative, unscripted content. This is an especially significant partnership for Fulwell 73 as we focus on creating the most compelling content for an increasingly global audience. Our pursuit requires the best of partners, and we believe Satisfaction will be just that.”
