Rabbit Films in Finland is slated to make a local version of the factual-entertainment format On the Edge.

On the Edge sees celebrities participate in such life-threatening physical challenges as swimming in ice water and crossing a desert. The original format was created by Laurent Ramamonjiariosa and Clémence de la Robertie, and produced by Flair Production.

On the Edge is part of the Gil Formats catalog. A local adaptation premiered on Planete in France earlier this month, and will debut soon on TV5 in Canada.
