In With a Shout to Get First International Version

BBC Studios has secured its first international license for the game-show format In With a Shout to W9 in France.

Created by Expectation, the format’s French adaptation was produced locally by BBC Studios Productions France. Locally titled Video Quiz, it will be hosted by Issa Doumbia (Asterix & Obelix: The Middle Kingdom). The series launches in prime time on October 24.

In With a Shout has three challenging rounds, a variable money ladder and ten different categories displayed on individual screens. Contestants must correctly identify the images for a chance to increase their prize pot. However, answer the question wrong, and they watch their winnings drop. With only four seconds on the clock to answer, players must take on the TVs and act fast to be in with a shout.
