Central TV is set to adapt The Wishing Tree and The Job Interview for Mongolia, with both set to launch in the spring of next year.

The deal, clinched by ITV Studios and announced at Asia TV Forum in Singapore, marks the 14th adaptation for The Wishing Tree and the eighth for The Job Interview.

Augustus Dulgaro, executive VP for the Asia Pacific, global partnerships, at ITV Studios, commented: “We’re thrilled to see The Wishing Tree and The Job Interview launch in Mongolia with Central TV. These formats bring universal themes of kindness, humanity and real-world challenges to life, and we’re confident they’ll deeply resonate with Mongolian audiences, just as they have globally.”

“We are delighted to bring these two amazing formats to Mongolia,” added Dulguun Altansukh, deputy director at Central TV. “The Wishing Tree will inspire and uplift our viewers with its heartwarming tales of generosity, while The Job Interview offers an unprecedented lens into a relatable and high-pressure environment. Both shows align perfectly with Central TV’s commitment to delivering compelling, world-class content to our audience.”

The deal was brokered by Ayesha Surty, head of brand partnerships, Asia, at ITV Studios.
