Big Brother Canada Season Eight Ceases Production

Production on the eighth season of Big Brother Canada has ended due to concerns related to the coronavirus pandemic.

There are currently no plans to resume production at a later date on Big Brother Canada, which is produced by Endemol and Insight Productions for Global. The show is slated to take its final bow over two episodes tonight (March 25) and Wednesday, April 1.

Arisa Cox, the host of Big Brother Canada, said: “Big Brother Canada is a labor of love for so many, and even though it hurts to say goodbye to the season, it’s the right thing to do. On behalf of the incredible people who put this show together, thank you to everyone who started this journey with us. Please take care and be safe!”
