Armoza Formats’ studio game show Who’s Asking? has been licensed into Hungary, where a local version will air later this year.

Gábor Gundel Takács will host the version for Sony Pictures Television Networks’ VIASAT3. The game show is not about the questions being asked, but rather who is asking them. The pairs of contestants must decide who they want to be asked questions by out of a group of people presented to them on a screen.

The format is returning for a third season on RTS in Switzerland.

Marietta Temesvári, development and content strategist at Sony Pictures Television Networks CE, said, “We are thrilled to introduce this brand-new format to our viewers in Hungary. This fall, VIASAT3 is returning with this modern and dynamic game show, which is one-of-a-kind. Its elements of knowledge, suspense, celebrities and attractive grand prize offer exciting entertainment for our selective audience. In addition, we are thrilled to have secured an outstanding host for our local version in the person of Gábor Gundel Takács, one of the greatest and most popular quiz show masters of Hungary.”

Avi Armoza, the CEO of Armoza Formats, commented, “We are thrilled to team up with Sony to bring our dynamic game show Who’s Asking? to Hungary. The unique way that the audience participates in the show, combined with its simple premise ensures that this format is set to appeal to audiences both in Hungary and worldwide.”
