Armoza Formats’ Still Standing to See Indian Treatment

India’s MMTV has ordered a local version of Armoza Formats’ hit prime-time game show Still Standing.

Endemol Shine India will locally produce the program. The first season will comprise 60 episodes and will run twice a week on Mazhavil Manorama, a regional entertainment channel from MMTV.

Additionally, Canale 5 Italy is now airing the show after recently recommissioning a further 70 episodes. In Hungary, Still Standing is now airing its eighth season on Duna.

Satheesh P.R., the head of sales and marketing at MMTV, said: “Amidst the plethora of shows, we are confident that Still Standing will stand out as a unique and engaging format for the GEC viewers. In continuing with our endeavor to offer variety to our audiences, here is yet another first from Mazhavil Manorama.”
