Armoza Formats has secured a commission for the format Dance Revolution in Lithuania, where LNK will launch its local version in the fall.

From Québecor Content and Fair-Play, Dance Revolution originally aired on Canada’s TVA. The format has been optioned in France by Reservoir Prod, a Lagardère Studios company, and in Spain by Globomedia.

Jurgis Jefremovas, program director at LNK, said: “As the leading broadcaster, we perceive the new fall season like a revolution—fighting to bring only the best shows to our viewers. That is how we stay on top. This season, we at LNK have once again chosen to partner with Armoza Formats, a front runner in staging their own powerful uprisings by transforming traditional entertainment genres into something completely fresh and contemporary, and this time our joint revolution for the Lithuanian market is about dance!”

Avi Armoza, CEO of Armoza Formats, added: “Dance Revolution brings to TV a unique blend of artistry and technology, allowing viewers to experience the spectacular dance moves that the competing dancers create in a revolutionary way. We are thrilled to be partnering with LNK to bring this innovative spin on dance competitions to Lithuania.”
