The Banijay production company WeiT Media is prepping a Russian version of Anything Goes, Возможно Все!, marking the format’s debut in the region.

Anything Goes sees comedians and well-known faces carry out mime, musical, dance and improvisational tasks and take on quizzes based on specific challenges. The format, which is marking its tenth anniversary this year, will air on Russia 1.

In France, where it is produced by format owners Satisfaction, its tenth season is airing on TF1 in 2022. Anything Goes has been adapted in 28 territories, including the U.S., Mexico and Italy.

Yulia Sumacheva, managing director of WeiT Media, said: “The audience can expect to be entertained with classic comedy moments and sketch shows guaranteed to bring laughter. Anything Goes complements our ever-expanding slate of entertainment shows that includes All Together Now, Mystery Duets and the recent return of Fear Factor.”

Lucas Green, Banijay’s global head of content operations, added: “The Russian entertainment space has gone from strength to strength, and this commission taps into the trend for fun, upbeat formats. However, it also offers a unique and innovative angle for viewers, as in Anything Goes, there are no eliminations or winners.”
