Endemol Shine Israel Sets Avatar-Based Dating Format

Endemol Shine Israel has developed a new dating format, Mystery Star Date, that allows celebrities to use personalized avatars to hide their identities.

The use of virtual avatars allows celebrities to be themselves without worrying about non-famous suitors’ intentions and preconceptions. At the end of the series, once a bond has been formed, the famous person’s true identity is revealed.
