Red Arrow Elevates Nina Etspueler to EVP of Creative Operations

Red Arrow Entertainment Group has promoted Nina Etspueler to executive VP of creative operations, effective immediately.

In her new role, Etspueler will act as deputy to Michael Schmidt, the chief creative officer of Red Arrow Entertainment Group. She will assume responsibility for managing the creative operations team. Etspueler will also continue to focus on identifying and developing TV formats together with the creative teams within Red Arrow’s network of production companies and distribution arm Red Arrow International. Additionally, she will be responsible for consulting with internal and external partners on the Group’s rollout of global IP and productions.

Etspueler began working for ProSiebenSat.1 Group in 1999. Originally a producer in the talk-show genre, she switched to the entertainment field in 2002. Etspueler was responsible for several entertainment and comedy formats, including Elton vs. Simon and Comedystreet XXL, and then joined Red Arrow’s creative operations team. After a stint to Berlin, Etspueler rejoined Red Arrow in 2014 and has since served as the senior VP of development and content strategy.

Schmidt commented, “Nina has been an integral part of the Red Arrow family from the very beginning and we’re thrilled to promote her to executive VP. She is a huge talent and will further drive the Group’s creative output in the future.”
