ZEE5 Sets Global Debut for Sports Drama Bombers

ZEE5 has set a June 22 premiere date for the global debut of its first original sports drama, Bombers.

The story centers on the Bombers FC football league and their journey to victory. The cast includes Varun Mitra, Aahana Kumra, Prince Narula, Meiyang Chang and Anup Soni.

On June 7, ZEE5 will launch its first original stand-up comedy special, Comedy Shots, featuring Gaurav Kapoor, Anubhav Bassi and Rahul Dua, among others.

Premiering on June 15 is the ZEE5 original series Kaafir, starring Dia Mirza and Mohit Raina. Inspired by a real-life story, the series follows the journey of a young Pakistani mother who comes into India under strange circumstances and is unable to go back home.
