Wild Cards Returning with Second Season on CBC & The CW

Wild Cards is set to return for a second season on CBC and CBC Gem on January 8 and on The CW on February 5.

The procedural drama features Giacomo Gianniotti as a by-the-book, sardonic cop and Vanessa Morgan as a spirited, clever con woman. The second season will see guest appearances from Martin Sheen (The West Wing), Ally Sheedy (Single Drunk Female), Marie Avgeropoulos (The 100), Katie Findlay (Man Seeking Woman) and WWE NXT North American Champion Tony D’Angelo.

In season two, Gianniotti and Morgan’s characters must work together again, this time with the stakes raised in the cases they solve and their feelings for each other.

Wild Cards comes from Blink49 Studios, Front Street Pictures and Piller/Segan. It is executive produced by Michael Konyves, Shawn Piller, Lloyd Segan, James Thorpe, Alexandra Zarowny and James Genn, with Charles Cooper and Virginia Rankin as producers.
