Virgin Media Takes Good Behavior as Latest Exclusive

The TNT original series Good Behavior has been picked up by Virgin Media as an exclusive U.K. launch.

The first six episodes will be launching on Virgin TV on demand from September 11, with a new episode released every week thereafter. Virgin TV will also carry the second season on its SVOD service from October 16, to coincide with the U.S. premiere of the new season.

Good Behavior is a thriller created by Chad Hodge and Blake Crouch based on the books by Crouch. The show stars Michelle Dockery (Downton Abbey), Juan Diego Botto, Terry Kinney (Oz, Billions) and Lusia Strus (50 First Dates).

David Bouchier, the chief entertainment officer at Virgin Media, said: “Our Full House customers will be gripped by this gritty, suspense-filled drama, which stars Michelle Dockery as you’ve never seen her before. We’re giving them six binge-worthy episodes followed by one a week after that and [season] two airing at the same time as the U.S. Good Behavior, our seventh exclusive series, adds to our bounty of the best must-watch TV all available in one place the way our customers want it.”

Pierre Branco, the senior VP and general manager for Turner in the U.K. and Nordics, said: “An enthralling series with dark, intriguing and complex characters, Good Behavior is addictive TV at its best. Michelle Dockery gives a captivating performance in the lead role, portraying the multifaceted Letty Raines in a marked departure from Downton’s Lady Mary. We are incredibly proud of this show and excited to be partnering with Virgin to bring it to U.K. audiences on SVOD for viewers to tune in however and whenever they choose.”
