Viaplay Content Distribution Boards More Veronika

Viaplay Content Distribution has boarded seasons two and three of the Swedish crime thriller Veronika to further expand the international reach of the SkyShowtime original series.

Veronika, created and written by Katja Juras and Anna Ströman (Gåsmamman) and produced by Bigster, follows a troubled and uncompromising police officer haunted by visions from the dead. It stars Alexandra Rapaport (Gåsmamman, Honour) and Tobias Santelmann (Exit, The Arctic Convoy, Detective Hole) in the leading roles.

Season two premiered on SkyShowtime in December, with season three scheduled to debut this year.
