U.S. Pickup for French Political Thriller Baron Noir

STUDIOCANAL and the SVOD platform Walter Presents have done a deal that sees the Canal+ original Baron Noir launching in the U.S.

The 8×1-hour suspense drama is from creators and writers Eric Benzekri and Jean-Baptiste Delafon (Maison Close), directed by Ziad Doueiri (L’Attentat) and produced by Kwaï with the participation of Canal+. The series will now be available in the U.S. on Walter Presents, which showcases the best in foreign-language drama from around the world.
