Lionsgate has licensed the new drama series Ten Days in the Valley into a host of new markets, including in France to Canal+.

Produced by Skydance Television’s Uncharted label for ABC in the U.S., Ten Days in the Valley is also headed to Yes (Israel), M-Net (South Africa), OTE (Greece) and Telecom (Italy). The series stars Emmy winner Kyra Sedgwick (The Closer).

“In her return to prime-time television, Kyra Sedgwick delivers a powerful and compelling performance in Ten Days in the Valley, a tense and dynamic thriller series that will have audiences gripped from the very start,” said Peter Iacono, the president of international television and digital distribution at Lionsgate.

The company is also promoting Little Women, a three-part coming-of-age story set against the backdrop of the Civil War. “Little Women will have strong appeal to global broadcasters and platforms looking to create a ‘must-view’ event for their channels,” noted Iacono.

The Rook, meanwhile, is a supernatural thriller executive produced by Stephenie Meyer (the Twilight saga) and Stephen Garrett (The Night Manager).

“Offering our clients an eclectic mix of high-quality, premium programming, we continue to be completely platform- and network-agnostic,” added Iacono.
