Spotlight: Paramount Global Content Distribution

Paramount Global Content Distribution has on offer The Darkness, based on the best-selling crime-thriller book penned by Ragnar Jónasson.

The title follows Detective Inspector Hulda Hermannsdóttir as she investigates a murder case. “The Darkness features award-nominated talent in front of and behind the camera,” says Lisa Kramer, president of international content licensing.

NCIS: Origins, the latest chapter in the hit NCIS franchise, is also featured.

Watson, meanwhile, sees Morris Chestnut star as Dr. John Watson, a detective who turns his attention from crimes to medical mysteries. Kramer describes the series as a “medical show with a strong investigative spine.”
