PARIS: Among a raft of new deals for the French thriller The Bureau, Movistar+ in Spain has bought seasons one and two and prebought season three.

The Canal+ Creation Originale recently launched in Russia on Channel One, which licensed the first two seasons. Arrow Film acquired U.K. video rights to the first two seasons for a release in the first quarter of 2017. Following the success of the first two seasons, Sundance Now in the U.S. and Rialto Channel in New Zealand have prebought the third season of The Bureau.

These latest deals secured come on top of those inked in the U.K. (Amazon UK), Germany (RTL Crime), the U.S. (Kino Lorber, video rights), Sweden (SVT), Belgium (VRT and BTV), Portugal (RTP) and Italy, where Sky Italy began airing the drama on January 16.

Federation Entertainment is handling worldwide rights for the series, excluding French-speaking territories, which are being handled by STUDIOCANAL.
